Who these terms are for
PlayPebble is intended for children under seven with help from a parent or caregiver. These terms address the adults choosing and supervising games. We do not ask a young child to make a contract or to consent to collection of their personal information.
These terms do not take away any rights that apply under children's privacy, consumer, or other applicable laws.
Choosing a game
The site is a directory of browser games, including games supplied by other providers. Listing a game does not mean every feature, advertisement, or linked page is suitable for every child.
An outside game can begin loading when its page opens. Please review it as an adult first. If it asks for a child to register, share personal details, use a microphone, follow an unfamiliar link, or make a purchase, pause and consider whether to continue.
A game's provider may have its own terms and privacy information. Those notices do not replace our obligations for this site.
Use the site kindly and fairly
- Respect the games and the people who made them. Game artwork, names, and other content may belong to their respective owners.
- Do not bypass security controls, interfere with the service, distribute harmful code, or use the site to infringe someone else's rights.
- Keep a child's identifying details out of messages, game profiles, and other features unless the necessary safeguards and permissions are in place.
When something does not work
A game may change, become unavailable, or behave differently on another device. We may update the directory or remove a game link. No particular game, score, or saved progress is guaranteed to remain available.
Favorites are saved in the current browser. Clearing site storage or switching devices can remove that list. Progress inside an outside game may be handled separately by its provider.
Tell a grown-up, then tell us
If a game contains unsuitable content, confusing advertising, or an unexpected request, close it and have an adult contact us with the game link and a short description. Please do not send a child's photo, name, school, or other identifying details.
Adults can also report a rights or ownership concern. Start with the page link and a way for us to understand the concern; do not send private documents in an initial message.
Questions and changes
Read the current version when choosing games for your child. A change to these terms, or continued play, does not itself provide any parental consent required by law.
Contact for grown-ups is the place for questions about the site. Our Privacy Policy explains browser storage, outside services, and parent requests.
